✧ What is Life Support for the Human Experience?
It’s a living, breathing community for whole-person well-being—body, mind, and spirit. More than just practices and teachings, it’s a support system where people come together for encouragement, reflection, and meaningful connection in everyday life.
✧ How does the community work?
Once you join, you’ll receive:
✧ Do I have to commit?
No. This space is completely free and flexible. You can come and go anytime—no obligations, no strings attached.
✧ Is this therapy?
No. While many find the practices supportive and even therapeutic, this space is not a substitute for professional mental health or medical care. It is intended as a place for reflection, growth, and connection, not licensed treatment.
✧ Who is this for?
This space is for deep feelers, creatives, space-holders, seekers, and anyone navigating the complexity of being human. Whether you’re just beginning your inner work or have years of practice, you’re welcome here exactly as you are.
✧ Will cohort sessions be recorded?
No. In honor of privacy and presence, live cohort calls are never recorded. These gatherings are sacred spaces for real-time connection and shared humanity.
✧ What’s the time commitment?
As much or as little as you’d like. The weekly content is designed to be short and accessible, easy to weave into daily life. Cohort calls are the only scheduled component—everything else is self-paced and always optional.
✧ Can I join anytime?
Yes—you’re welcome to join whenever it feels right. Since this is a growing community, joining early gives you the chance to help shape the heart and direction of this space.
This is a sanctuary space. A refuge. A place where truth is honored and the human experience is held with care. To keep this space nourishing and safe for everyone, we ask that you honor the following principles:
1. Come as you are, and allow others to do the same.
There’s no need to fix, advise, or compare. We hold space, not solutions.
2. Confidentiality is sacred.
What is shared in cohort calls and community reflections stays within this space. This allows others to show up authentically and vulnerably.
3. Speak from your own experience.
Use “I” language. We honor our stories without projecting or prescribing.
4. Respect all identities and lived experiences.
This is an inclusive space. Discrimination, hate speech, or harmful behavior of any kind will not be tolerated.
5. Consent is key.
Only offer feedback or reflections if it is requested. Honor personal boundaries.
6. This is not a space for self-promotion.
Please refrain from using this platform to advertise or solicit unless explicitly invited to do so.
7. Be gentle.
With yourself. With others. With the process.
We’re here to support—not perfect—one another.
The content and community offerings within Life Support for the Human Experience are intended for personal growth, reflection, and emotional support. They are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or psychiatric care.
Participation in this space does not constitute a therapeutic relationship. If you are in crisis or in need of clinical support, please reach out to a qualified healthcare provider in your area.
By joining, you acknowledge that you are responsible for your own well-being, participation, and boundaries within this space.
